I expect I won’t be able to find them. I’m going to get a rain check. They will give it to you if you buy the quantity.
Karen says
First let me say I appreciate you and other bloggers who take the time to do the work and share the deals.
I am bothered by something and would like to share my thoughts. I don’t understand why you and other bloggers continue to tell your readers what product deals we should donate. I have been couponing for almost three years now, not really all that long, but I have given, shared, and/or donated countless items to family, friends, and the needy. I hope that you will not think I am uncaring, but when I see donate beside a product deal I feel it may cause a twinge of quilt if you keep the product, especially for those that are new to couponing and just beginning to build their stockpiles. Charity is a matter of an individual’s heart and we should give as GOD directs each of us, and as most of us know, in love HE will direct. LORD bless you!
Fritzie says
Karen, first of all, I am not “telling” people to donate items, it is merely a suggestion. And I just recently started adding the suggestion because I received numerous emails asking about using coupons to donate items. I would never “tell” anybody, nor would I judge them.
Britany says
as far as the donating items, I just want to say that I appreciate the suggestions, especially coming from someone in joplin that can easily see what is needed. I always want to help, but never know the best way, and seeing you tell us which items would be most helpful is very nice. I guess it just depends on the person reading, as tone of voice etc can’t be used in type, but I took it as “if you’re looking to donate, these items would be the best to donate, and are needed the most.” I never feel guilty for keeping those items, since I have my own family to care for, but when I am able to help I like to know that I am doing what will be most appreciated, and not sending something they already have too much of or don’t need.

I was at Dillon’s today and there was kraft barbecue sauce for 99 cents. There were coupons on each bottle that were good for 2 dollars off kool-aid, that was on sale for 2 dollars. Just an idea…
