Ghirardelli Chocolate
I had the very good fortune of getting a chance to sample Ghirardelli’s latest flavors of chocolate recently and oh, what a wonderful experience it was! 🙂 First, I love that they sent the samples in this really creative box (pictured above) that says “Eat…Blog…Repeat!” How clever is that?! You gotta love a company that comes up with a fun slogan like that, too cool!
So, in this box of awesomeness they sent 3 different bags, each delicately wrapped in their own ribbon, making for a very pretty presentation. I sampled the squares over the course of several days and oh, what a divine several days those were. 😉 The first package contained a pack of “Gourmet Milk, Creamy Devotion” Milk Chocolate Squares, All Natural 32% Cacao. Yum, so smooth, so good! The next one was “Intense Dark Midnight Reverie,” also All Natural, 86% Cacao. WOW, talk about a rush, the decadence, oh yeahhhhhhh! Now that was one for the true chocolate connoisseur, for sure! And the third pack was a variety pack with various Milk Chocolate Squares filled with scrumptious things like Caramel, Raspberry, etc. I especially liked the ones flavored with Sea Salt, but my favorite was the Dark Chocolate filled with truffle! It was one of those kinds of chocolates that melt in your mouth and the whole world just stops for a moment. MAN, thank GOODNESS for chocolate in this world!
