Linda says
Today I bought the Mitchum deoderant at Walgreens, and tried to use the coupons.com coupon for $1 off. The cashier said she could not take it because it said “available at Walmart”. I explained it was a mfg coupon, that I got it from coupons.com, not Walmart, etc. I also said I use those at Dillons & Target with no problem. She said they don’t get reimbursed if the coupon says any other store name on it, she has been trained & been there 3 years. She offered to get a mgr., but I wasn’t 100% sure, so I backed off. It was a nice conversation, but who’s right?
Fritzie says
You were absolutely correct.
Mary Miller says
You were right, she was wrong. The only possible wording on the coupon that would make her right is “redeemable ONLY at WalMart”, and I’m not even sure there isn’t a way around that.
