Happy International Left-Handers Day, August 13th, 2013! I am a lefty myself, so I thought it would be fun to do a roundup of fun facts and deals. As a lefty, I have faced numerous challenges in a right-handed world. Boy, was I glad when cordless phones came around, because when I was a kid, I continuously left the cords on our rotary phone a tangled mess. Hee Hee, my poor parents! I’ve struggled with locks my whole life, opening things, using everyday objects like can openers and scissors. And lets not even talk about my perma-stained ink hand from handwriting. Having said that though, I am so very happy to be a lefty, after all, it is part of who I am! And there are a few perks, here are a few fun facts about lefties:
