Aldi is most definitely one of my favorite places to shop for fresh produce, but it can sometimes be hit or miss for me. Some trips I can’t hardly seem to find any fruits and veggies I want to buy and then other days are, well, like this one, SCORE! 😉 I have been wanting to experiment with making my own soups, so I was happy to find plenty of veggies this time.  And I ‘ll be sharing the soup recipe that I concocted a bit later this week.
