So, by now, we are all well aware of the destruction and devastation that has taken place in Haiti from the massive earthquake on 1/12/2010. I’ve been wondering how to help, so I was excited by Money Saving Mom’s call for action. She has organized a “Help for Haiti” drive, encouraging Bloggers and all to do what they can. I encourage you do go to her post HERE and check out all the Bloggers who are reaching out to help.
Ways to help:
- Give to the Red Cross HERE or Text “Haiti” to 90999 and send a $10.00 donation to the Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti.
- Give to Compassion International HERE
- Give to Numana HERE, only $.30 provides a meal for one person.
There is also a lot of information on WhiteHouse.gov’s blog HERE and you can also get links for disaster relief information.
