I headed to Price Cutter today to take advantage of their 1-Day Sale this week and to see what other deals I could find. I didn’t run across anything else too spectacular in the store that wasn’t in the ad, but I was really happy with my shopping trip today and was glad everything was well stocked for the sale. You could tell where the hot deals were throughout the deal, there were crowds of people in the aisle all clumped up in the same spot where the 1-day sale items were.

You get catalinas at Price Cutter?? I never have! What’d you have to buy to get that?

It was part of the Kraft Catalina that I posted several times in my weekly Price Cutter posts. I purchased Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs & Bologna when they were on sale awhile back for $1.50. If you’ll go to Coupon Network & click on the “YourBucks” it will show the current catalinas and when click on an individual catalina, you can type in your zipcode to see if it’s available in your area. There may have been issues with the catalinas at Price Cutter, I heard from more than one person that cashiers were reporting that the catalinas hadn’t worked in long time (which makes one wonder why neither end attempted to fix it). In fact, my Kraft catalina didn’t print out either and my cashier said that catalinas hadn’t worked “in months & months”. I emailed Catalina Marketing, reported my experience & what the cashier had said & also gave them my receipt information. Anyway, they mailed me my catalina a few days ago & hopefully the catalinas are up & running properly now.
