Sams Club Free Health Screening
Sam’s Club is offering FREE in-club health screenings to both members AND the public this Saturday, January 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy. The free January screenings include five in-club health tests (valued at up to $100):
- Glucose
- Total cholesterol
- Blood pressure
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Vision screening/testing
Details: Membership not required to participate in health screenings. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities available. Glucose testing is not available in Maryland and Pennsylvania locations. Total Cholesterol testing is not available in New Jersey locations. Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center; Vision screening/testing is not available in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas or Virginia.
