Walgreens’ sales this week were pretty so-so in my opinion and what I did want, they didn’t have in stock. I had a couple Register Rewards that needed to be used this week, so I decided to just stock up on things I would normally buy anyway. One of the things I like about Walgreens is they regularly price items on sale that I frequently use and they often have the best prices around. One great example, I have a new Walgreens that opened late last fall and they have had eggs on sale ever since they opened for $.79 a Dozen. That is hands-down the best price in my entire area. I’ve been comparing prices and in the last week, eggs at Walmart were $1.28 and $1.49 at Aldi. So, thanks Walgreens!

• Walgreens Bleach 96 oz. $.99 (This is the cheapest price I have ever come across for bleach. And bleach is one of those items I rarely, if ever, see coupons for)

• Brawny Paper Towels 8 pk. $9.79 (I have to say, I am not a Brawny user, I have pretty much gone back and forth between Viva & Bounty and stuck with those 2 brands. But I discovered that Brawny is offering a Money Back Guarantee on their site HERE so I was willing to try them out. You can buy them, try them and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can get your money back.)

I was so happy to have the Friends & Family 15% Discount for today, but was soon disappointed at how little my Walgreens had in stock. So, I decided to take a trip to a second Walgreens and was very happy with the final outcome of both transactions. All prices are after 15% discount.
